VULNERABILITY
To openly expose your emotions and life experiences is proven to be one of the greatest sources of healing and personal growth. Through building peer settings where members 'lead by example', we are devoted to guiding members to understand the power of vulnerability.

AUTHENTICITY
Authenticity allows us to confidently support others for who they are and be inclusive of one another. We strive to be genuine, living and leading in our truest form so that we can build trusting relationships and peer groups.

TRUST
A firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone/something plays an extremely important role in peer support. It is our responsibility to ensure that all members understand the aspects of trust and its importance.

COMMUNITY
Being part of a peer community that understands the value of unity gives those who participate courage, power and strength to achieve their common goals. It is our mission to create an environment where everyone is contributing collectively different gifts, talents, experiences and uniting in oneness for the benefit of all.

EMPOWERMENT
Those who have already become motivated to “find themselves” need inspiration to continue taking confident action. We are devoted to creating group discussions that inspire members to seek meaning, purpose and strength in all life experiences, as that is what empowers. In ensuring we have inspiring and empowering peer environments it creates opportunities for participates to take confident action in their life.

SPIRITUALITY
Having faith in something greater than ourselves; beyond what is physically seen and the belief that this is guiding us is very impactful. It is important that those participating in peer discussions be open to better understanding spiritually and its value in the journey to “finding yourself “
