In order to grow mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually you have to be open to things out of our comfort zone. Not to mention the empowering feeling you receive when you get on the other side of your fears.
As February is almost upon us, perhaps you would feel motivated to give some thought to what you could do in the month ahead to face some fears? Keep in mind, it is very natural that the quote I shared below (Do one thing every day, that scares you) could seem a bit overwhelming.
Maybe start with one thing a week, or even just one thing a month. You would be surprised the ripple effect that takes hold. One thing a month turns into one thing a week and before you know it, you are doing one thing a day that scares you! It shouldn’t go without saying, that even in facing the tiniest fear, you will discover more about yourself than you ever thought was possible.
My Mantra:
Anything that is lost can always be found!
