I soothe myself by fostering a loving, caring, dynamic relationship to myself and to the Divine.
I soothe myself by meditating and connecting to Spirit many times a day. I listen to my emotions and respond to myself with curiosity and compassionate inquiry.
By turning on my observer, I recognize what the need is through questions.
Where am I? When am I? Who am I listening to?
I soothe myself through heart centered awareness, I listen to my emotions with great attention.
I nurture and honor the information that is coming in, taking responsibility for my part and detaching from the rest.
I soothe myself with long walks through the trees—My Bullies and I, connecting to nature and the rhythm of life.
I soothe myself with Oracle /Tarot cards, reading, writing, learning astrology, and listening to music.
I soothe myself with heavenly bubble baths, humor, singing, and playing guitar.
I soothe myself with gardening, painting, and sometimes knitting.
I soothe myself by cleaning and purging, making room for the reframing.
I soothe myself by practicing daily gratitude for all my experiences, good, bad, or otherwise.
It has always turned out as a blessing in disguise.
So it is!
